Incorporated in 1923, Independent Mechanical Industries, Inc. has been serving the mechanical contracting needs of businesses, municipalities and energy companies for four generations.

As a full service mechanical contractor we specialize in the installation of mechanical equipment, power & process piping and provide mechanical service maintenance for central heat & cooling plants, water & waste water treatment plants, pumping stations, institutional, municipal, commercial and industrial facilities. IMI utilizes the latest technologies for estimating, scheduling, design, coordination, fabrication and project management.
